Practice makes perfect? Don't think so. But it definitely makes you better and that's important.

As for writing you're way too modest...
If it makes you happy, or help you express yourself, or even sets something straight in your head, you should keep doing this.

Writing is a good venue to exercise our brain. It stimulates the neurons in our brains. And Im really proud in saying that people who have higher IQ's are literary people. Why? Because they think too much. Their thinking capability is equivalent to brilliant Mathematicians and etc.

I believe that if we write of our own experiences and truley express our emotions with honesty and openness, and without pretense, it will resonate with most readers as we are all human and have our own version of those emotions. To communicate clearly so the reader understands is all that is needed rather than to attempt some flowing complexity of style which may actually obscure our meaning instead of enhancing it..

I, myself don't take as a gifted writer but I understand how writing gave us a great impact to our communication. It is useful as well to write down things in your diary that happens everyday. With writing, I believe that you can, in simple ways, learn how to express your thought and emotion using a pen and paper.
